Did you know that youth are a part of a community? Did you know that youth contribution to the community will have the greatest impact on improving the quality of your life? Youth are a critical part in bringing the whole community together to create long-term, lasting changes in conditions like poverty, violence and isolation. Remember youth contribution makes a difference.

Some communities have worked together to establish a solid foundation for the next generation. It is amazing that some are still backward when dealing with their youth communities. Some prefer to observe rather than participate in the ongoing process of youth development in communities. It is an unfortunate fact that the leaders of these communities do not encourage or guide the young residents of the community to take part in the “process.” Community means togetherness. eHabitats influences the leaders to guide the young residents so that they too join hands to be a part of the community.

In June 2005, eHabitats with the help of TBW Holdings LLC created the Youthsourcing program.  Youthsourcing is a youth training and community partnership program, designed to give a your community's businesses and non-profts a chance to "Outsource to America's Youth."  We train local youth to take on the back office challenges of today with the technologies of tomorrow.  Learn more about Youthsourcing at http://www.youthsourcing.org

Our strategies include identifying and building the community strengths and assets, resources programs and initiatives to create a better community.
